For a nominal fee, you can also pay your bill with a credit or debit card online through BillMatrix. - Telephone
Pepco’s Voice Response System allows you to pay by electronic check or call BillMatrix to pay over the phone with a credit or debit card.

Sign up for Pepco’s Pre-Authorized Transfer (PAT) Program and your electric bill will be paid automatically from your bank, savings and loan or credit union checking account each month. - Payment Plans
Pepco offers several payment plans to fit your budget, including Budget Billing, Extended Payment and Time Payment Arrangements.
