Sign up for Pepco’s Pre-Authorized Transfer (PAT) Program and your electric bill will be paid automatically from your bank, savings and loan or credit union checking account each month.

Pepco’s Voice Response System allows you to pay by electronic check or call BillMatrix to pay over the phone with a credit or debit card.

For a nominal fee, you can pay your bill with a credit or debit card online through BillMatrix.
