Common Billing Questions
What are my payment options and what do you accept as form of payment?
- Global locations accept Pepco payments and updates immediately. (For example, Shoppers Food Warehouse and ACE check cashing.) They accept cash only; a fee may be charged at the vendor's discretion.
- Bill Matrix - STAR Network Debit Cards, Discover and Mastercard only. Must pay in increments of $400.00 up to $1200.00 on one Pepco account. Debit card fee of $1.95 per transaction and Mastercard fee of $4.95 for each transaction.
- Pay by Phone (Pepco service) - Checks only up to $99,999.00. No fee is charged for this service.
- Choice Pay - Automated payment center at business office. Internet payments accepted through Pepco website. Service is free.
When I make a payment, Can I see the credit through online billing?
Our system does not currently update automatically online. Your payment will appear on your next bill under "Payments."
Can I register all my accounts under one user name on the ebill site?
Yes.
Can I make one call to make payments on multiple accounts with one phone call?
Unfortunately, pay by phone only accepts one check payment for one transaction. You will have to call back to make a second payment on another account.
Can I pay my account via the internet even thoughI have received a final notice?
If you have a disconnection notice, it is suggested that you do not make payment via internet. Paying at a global location or by telephone are recommended in such a case.
