Putting Our Energy to Good Use
Pepco’s community service program promotes volunteer opportunities for employees and retirees. The objective is to foster civic responsibility among employees by building strategic partnerships with the communities we serve.
We support community activities that improve the quality of living for residents. Employees are encouraged to participate not only in corporate-sponsored events, but in community projects that address specific local needs as well.
We are fortunate to serve an area so rich in diversity. That’s why Pepco attaches great importance to learning from and working with the diverse cultures that make up our community in the District of Columbia and Montgomery and Prince George's counties in Maryland.
